Return & Exchange Policy

Returning or exchanging an item is a straightforward process. If you're dissatisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return it using one of the methods outlined below. We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, and refunds will be issued within 3-5 business days of us receiving the return. It's important to note that certain items,including perfumes, are not eligible for return. Footwear items should be returned in their original condition, which means they must be unworn, and have all tags still attached. There are certain circumstances under which we are unable to initiate a return or issue a refund, and these include:

a) Products that are damaged due to negligence and do not have the tags intact.

b) Grooming products (deodorants and perfumes) - Non-Returnable Products

c) Products bought from our partner stores and other marketplace websites.

d) Products purchased online cannot be returned to our Liberty exclusive brand outlet.

www.libertyshoesonline.com retains the authority to decline a refund if the item does not match to its Return Policy criteria. It's important to keep in mind that when a promo code has been applied to your order, its value is distributed proportionally across the item price(s). We assure the quality of our products and guarantee that they are free from manufacturing defects. If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if your item exhibits flaws in workmanship or materials within 30 days of normal wear (excluding stains), we will always accept the item for assessment. If it is confirmed as faulty, we will provide a refund.

Return Instructions

You can raise a Return Request for your item by following the steps below:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Customer Service section in the website footer, click on "Return Request," complete the requested details, and create a return request.
2. Typically, returns are scheduled for pickup from the original delivery address within 2-4 business days.
3. It's important to ensure that your package is prepared and ready for pickup.
4. Securely pack your return items in their original packaging and handover the parcel to our shipping partner.
5. If you happen to miss the initial return pickup, our team will make one more attempt on the following business day. After the second unsuccessful attempt, the return request will be canceled. In such situations, our executive will usually attempt to contact you using your registered mobile number.
6. Once we receive your return, we will initiate the returns check and validation process.
7. Upon approval of the return, we will notify you via email, and your refund will be processed within 3-5 working days.
8. If your return is not approved, a member of our Customer Care team will get in touch with you.

Refunds

Refunds will be credited back to the same payment method originally utilized for the purchase, and this process typically takes between 3-5 business days. It's important to be aware that the timing of refund payments is determined by your issuing bank and is beyond our control. If you have any questions or concerns about refund processing times, we recommend reaching out to your bank for further information. Please keep in mind that we do not facilitate refunds in the form of cash or checks. Additionally, we are unable to provide refunds for products that have been damaged due to negligence and don’t have the tags intact. If an item is returned and does not align with our Returns Policy, we will not be able to approve or process the refund. We retain the right to decline the return of an item that does not meet our Returns Policy criteria. Refunds for Cash on Delivery will be provided in terms of www.libertyshoesonline.com Wallet. The validity of the wallet money will be for 1 year from the date of accrual. For NEFT, the customer needs to share the bank details at lsocare@libertyshoes.com.

Item Damage During Shipment

In the event that you receive a damaged item upon delivery, please reach out to our Customer Care team promptly. You are entitled to a complete refund for all shipments that arrive in a damaged condition, provided that you notify us within 2 days of receiving the package. To initiate the return of the damaged item, please follow the provided Return Instructions. Upon receipt of the item, we will conduct an assessment and validation process. If your claim is approved, we will refund the purchase price of the damaged item.

Exchange

The product exchange policy is 3 days from the date of delivery. To raise an exchange, you can go to the My Account section, select the eligible product you want to return, and then select the product you want in exchange for it. In case the new product value is higher, the balance amount will be charged to the customer. In case the value of the exchanged product is lower, the difference amount will be provided as Liberty Wallet Credit, which can be used to shop in future orders.

All displayed prices encompass GST for both Sale and Non-Sale items but do not encompass any associated delivery charges. Please be aware that certain products and their corresponding prices available in physical stores may not be accessible online, and conversely, online offerings may differ from those in-store. Periodically, we may introduce extra discounts specifically for online purchases that are not applicable to in-store transactions, and vice versa.
