We currently deliver PAN India. Subject to the shipping rules and restrictions below, Free Shipping charges on all orders are applicable on your purchase, irrespective of the cart size.

Delivery Guide

We strive to dispatch each item in your order within 1-2 business days from the date of order confirmation and delivery will be done within 3-7 days depending on the locations. Nonetheless, in the rare event that we are unable to ship your order in its entirety within the specified timeframe, we will promptly notify you. It's worth noting that during sale and high-demand periods, order processing may experience delays. Therefore, our delivery estimates should be regarded as a general reference rather than a strict guarantee.

Rules & Restrictions

Liberty generally delivers most of the orders within 3-7 days. This period excludes National Holidays, Natural Calamities, and other such Emergency Situations. For all deliveries, customers will be requested to provide a signature upon receipt. In instances where logistical challenges arise when delivering to specific remote regions, we retain the right to either cancel your order or impose additional terms and conditions. These conditions may include but are not limited to, stipulating a minimum product order value in a single transaction. Our Customer Care team will inform you of any cancellations or such conditions shortly after you've placed your order or customers can take follow up directly with us at lsocare@libertyshoes.com.

Delivery Problems

If our shipping provider encounters difficulties delivering to the address you provided, they will make 2 more attempts on the subsequent business day. If the 3rd delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned, and a refund will be initiated for all prepaid orders. Kindly reach out to our Customer Care team for further assistance.

Orders processing Time

The majority of orders commence processing immediately upon the completion of your online purchase. Shipping of your order will take place once the items are confirmed to be in stock. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is dispatched. Typically, orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours on business days.
