If a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price or with inaccurate information due to a pricing or product information error, Liberty reserves the right to either reach out to you for further instructions or cancel your order, followed by a notification of the cancellation. Liberty reserves the right to modify prices and will notify you via email or cancel the order as needed.

Cancellation by Liberty

Please be aware that there are occasions when we might be unable to process an order and have to cancel it. We have the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion for various reasons. Reasons for cancellation may include limited stock availability, discrepancies in product or pricing details, or concerns flagged by our credit and fraud prevention team. We might also need extra verification or information before we can finalize any order. If your order is partially or fully canceled, or if we need more details to proceed with it, we will get in touch with you. In cases where your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, we will ensure the amount is refunded to your Card Account.

Cancellations by the Customer

Liberty holds the discretion to approve or deny requests for order cancellations, based on various factors. Typically, if a cancellation request is received and the order hasn't been processed or approved by us, we will proceed to cancel the order and issue a full refund. However, we are unable to cancel orders that have already been processed and approved.

Fraudulent /Declined Transactions

Liberty maintains the right to reclaim the cost of goods, collection charges, and legal fees from individuals who engage in fraudulent activities on the site. Additionally, we reserve the right to take legal action against individuals for fraudulent use of the site or any other illegal activities that violate these terms and conditions.

Credit Card Details

By using Liberty's services, you acknowledge and agree that the credit card information you provide is accurate and valid, and that the card used is legally yours. You must use your credit card in transactions. You also agree to supply correct and valid credit card details to Liberty. Limitation of Liability

Liberty's liability for short delivery or defective goods is contingent on you submitting a written claim within 7 days of delivery, as per our Return and Exchange Terms. This claim must include the invoice number, Order ID, phone number used for the purchase, and details of the claim. Liberty is not liable for any loss, damage, costs, or expenses (including lost profits) resulting from delays or failures to fulfill any obligations under this Contract due to events beyond our reasonable control, such as strikes, industrial actions, power or equipment failures, government actions, or Acts of God. You acknowledge and agree that Liberty and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if Liberty has been informed of the possibility of such damages), arising from the use of the site, or the sale and supply of goods and services related to the site.

Indemnity

(ix) Mass messages to multiple recipients advertising products or services, conveying political messages, or any other unsolicited commercial communication. This includes, but is not limited to:
a) Using www.Liberty.com to connect with people who don’t know you and subsequently sending them unsolicited promotional messages without their permission.
b) Sending messages to distribution lists, newsgroup aliases, or group aliases."
